About the role

What you’ll do
- Handle end‑to‑end AR follow‑up with insurers
- Manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes
- Assist patients via inbound/outbound calls for billing and insurance queries
- Analyze claim denials, underpayments and ensure timely reimbursement
