About the role
Equity Research Analyst on Millennium's research team, supporting senior portfolio managers and global investment teams with high-quality equity analysis. The role builds and maintains financial models, conducts fundamental company and industry research, and leverages internal AI tools to automate workflows and enhance research efficiency. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Build and update detailed financial models and forecasts
- Analyze quarterly results, earnings transcripts and company disclosures
- Conduct fundamental company and industry research for investment ideas
- Maintain internal databases and comparable company trackers
- Leverage AI tools for news tracking, transcript summarization and data extraction
- Collaborate with global investment teams to deliver timely research support
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years equity research experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ
- Experience with AI-enabled research workflows
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
