About the role
Insights team at Guidepoint, the new product delivering teleconferences, surveys and events for institutional investors, focuses on Medtech, Lifesciences tools and Healthcare Services. The Senior Analyst creates and moderates teleconferences, monitors coverage of public and private companies, and generates original research topics to provide actionable insights. Mumbai or Pune, hybrid work model with on‑site days as required, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Monitor coverage universe of Medtech and Healthcare Services companies
- Create and moderate expert teleconferences
- Summarize key discussion points from transcripts
- Ensure compliance with Guidepoint policies
- Vet expert relevance and profile accuracy
- Recruit and manage relationships with industry experts
- Collaborate with research teams to expand expert network
- Mentor junior professionals
What you’ll bring
- PhD or Masters degree in STEM or Life Sciences
- 5+ years experience in financial services or research focusing on Medtech/Lifesciences
- Understanding of institutional buy‑side/sell‑side research workflows
- Ability to work in fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality with professional communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Fluent in English
