About the role
The Reference Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate bond pricing and market data integrity for JPMorgan’s Instrument, Pricing & Common Reference Data team. Responsibilities include daily capture and validation of third‑party bond prices, analysis of price movements against market news, liaison with pricing vendors, monitoring system performance, and preparing daily pricing summaries. The analyst will also generate month‑end index rebalance reports, analyze portfolio valuation changes, resolve client queries, and support client meetings. Candidates should bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters, and a solid understanding of fixed‑income markets. A bachelor’s degree and at least four years of fixed‑income experience are required. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and effective cross‑department communication.
