About the role
KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP is hiring a Senior - Digital Finance CoE - D365 Functional in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The role oversees configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, leads integrations using Logic Apps and Web Services, and manages deployments via Lifecycle Services (LCS). Day-to-day work includes leading a D365 specialist team, designing workflows and security models, executing automated and UAT testing, and serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership on finance transformation roadmaps.
What you’ll do
- Oversee dynamic configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications to align with evolving business needs
- Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using Logic Apps and Web Services
- Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to streamline environment setup, monitor system performance, and facilitate rapid solution deployment
- Lead a team of D365 specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentoring
- Innovate and develop complex workflows, business rules, and security models to enhance operational processes and user engagement
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies including automated testing and user acceptance testing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage Dynamics 365 for finance transformation, optimizing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and facilitate workshops with global finance teams to gather requirements and drive user adoption
What you’ll bring
- B. Tech or MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ICWA, CMA, CIMA, or ACCA
- 4+ years of total work experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience in client-facing roles with business process improvement and technology implementation
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations configuration and customization
- Experience implementing integrations using Logic Apps and Web Services
- Experience using Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment setup and deployment
