Manager, Store Operations

About the role

Retail Operations at Vodafone Store, responsible for store processes, documentation and systems while driving revenue and profitability. Leads a team of Store Executives, coaching and training them to ensure high employee retention and customer satisfaction. Based in Bangalore, on-site work model, with focus on inventory management, pop‑up placement and loss minimization.

What you’ll do

• Ensure adherence to store processes and documentation
• Maintain stock availability and manage inventory
• Increase revenue per footfall through customer purchase guidance
• Achieve profitability targets and minimize pilferage losses
• Manage customer churn and satisfaction for walk‑in customers
• Oversee product display placement and resolve store issues promptly
• Coach and train Store Executives, conduct performance reviews
• Streamline on‑roll and associate employee management
