About the role

EnerMech, a leading specialist engineering services company, seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist in Mumbai to lead the review and coordination of client contractual agreements. The role focuses on minimizing business risks, developing tender strategies, and ensuring compliance with company contracting principles across international regions. This is an on-site position supporting complex energy and infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead reviewing and coordinating responses to client contractual agreements
• Develop tender strategies in accordance with company processes
• Review client contractual documents to highlight and qualify risk areas
• Manage qualification responses until closure ensuring format compliance
• Conduct contract and commercial negotiations per company procedures
• Support regional leadership in risk analysis and implementation of material agreements
• Participate in handover meetings with operations teams post-contract award
• Assist in compiling material agreements with agents, distributors, and partners

What you’ll bring

• Minimum HNC/HND in Business Management, Quantity Surveying, Law or similar
• Experience in contracts, proposals, or engineering disciplines involving cost estimates
• International experience in a Contracts role
• Commercial and contractual diligence capabilities
• Risk analysis skills
