About the role

Human Resources (HR) Department at HDFC ERGO develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for employees and channel partners across multiple locations. The Manager creates sales, product, soft‑skill and process training modules in English, Hindi and regional languages, tracks attendance, monitors effectiveness and customizes content based on feedback and business goals. This role operates on‑site in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Indore, traveling to branches for in‑person sessions and collaborating with business stakeholders to close capability gaps.

What you’ll do

• Develop and conduct sales, product, soft‑skill and process training modules in multiple languages
• Design employee training sessions aligned to productivity levels, zonal needs and monthly learning themes
• Prepare customized agent training calendars and maintain training trackers and dashboards
• Travel to branches to deliver in‑person training for agents and employees
• Engage with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend training interventions
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance indicators
