About the role
TaskUs India’s Senior Training Manager leads the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of training programs across all sites, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and business objectives. The role manages curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation for Training Managers and Supervisors, acting as the in‑house expert on training materials and best practices. Based in Indore, India, the position is on‑site with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement site‑wide training initiatives
- Develop curriculum and training materials for TLs and TMs
- Collaborate with Operations to align training with campaign objectives
- Lead training delivery and evaluation processes
- Maintain training documentation and knowledge base
- Publish annual training calendar with quarterly goals
- Ensure training quality meets business standards
- Provide coaching and support to training staff
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in L&D or training management
- Experience leading training for large, distributed teams
- Strong curriculum design and delivery skills
- Proficiency in LMS platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Data‑driven approach to training effectiveness
- Knowledge of BPO or customer experience industry
- Ability to develop and execute training calendars
