About the role

Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) at J.P. Morgan drives risk management excellence by executing precise control testing and enhancing compliance frameworks. The Associate works on assessing control environments, executing test plans, documenting findings, and partnering with owners to remediate gaps. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

Assess control environment and design against SOX and regulatory frameworks
Execute testing processes with precision and document results
Collaborate with process owners to schedule testing and gather evidence
Validate issues, track remediation, and ensure closure
Lead walkthroughs and meetings with business owners
Propose improvements to testing methods and risk evaluation

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum 4 years experience in controls testing, audit, or operational risk management
Knowledge of banking products and financial statements
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Nice to have

Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, MBA, CIA preferred
