About the role

Talent Acquisition team at Rolls-Royce drives end‑to‑end hiring across APAC. The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead partners with business leaders, global TA, and external vendors to deliver mid‑career and early‑career hiring, shape employer branding, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Bangalore, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end TA service delivery for APAC across all non‑executive roles
• Collaborate with global TA and GBS teams to create enterprise TA solutions
• Manage and improve performance of recruitment outsourcing partners
• Lead early‑career hiring strategy and branding in the region
• Partner with executive talent team to ensure consistent candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement of TA technology, processes, and automation
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for service enhancements
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and promote diversity and inclusion

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years talent acquisition operations experience
• APAC regional TA experience, especially India and Singapore
• Operational leadership and vendor management
• Knowledge of employment laws and diversity best practices
• Ability to translate business strategy into operational demand
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Project delivery and change management
