About the role
The Apex Group, a leading fund administration provider, seeks a Senior Associate 2 for its Closed-Ended Fund Integration Team. The role involves onboarding and converting Private Equity & Real Assets Funds into platforms such as eFront, Investran, Paxus, Geneva, Allvue, and Yardi. Responsibilities include handling ad‑hoc client requests, reviewing LPA and other fund documents, setting up new client and fund structures, managing investor onboarding, developing customized reports, implementing fund structures and static data, reviewing allocation calculations, and creating KPIs to ensure process controls. The position requires strong analytical, critical thinking, decision‑making, and communication skills, with experience in fund accounting, NAV calculation, and financial statement preparation for Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hybrid Funds. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in PERE and Hybrid Funds, familiarity with Investran, Geneva, eFront, Paxus, Yardi, MS Office, and macro‑enabled workbooks, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
What you’ll do
- Execute onboarding and conversion of Private Equity & Real Assets Funds from other accounting applications to eFront, Investran, Paxus, Geneva, Allvue, and Yardi.
- Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients.
- Refer to Fund formation docs/LPA and other fund documents and establish plan for new client/Fund setup and complex structures.
- Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met.
- Onboard Investors in Investran, eFront, Paxus and maintain contact details.
- Develop customized reports in Investran and eFront to support the client requirements.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in Fund Accounting, NAV calculation and Financial Statement preparation of Private Equity/Real Estate/Hybrid Funds.
- Experience in migration PERE and Hybrid Funds from other administrators or from clients.
- Good work experience in Bank debt and loan instruments with other Private equity instruments.
- Good experience working on Investran, Geneva, eFront, Paxus, Yardi, MS Office and Macro enabled workbooks.
