Senior Associate - IT

About the role

Information Security team at Eurofins Scientific ensures compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SWIFT and other security standards. The Senior Associate supports audit preparation, coordinates internal and external assessments, and reviews vendor security questionnaires and contract clauses. Bangalore, Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH).

What you’ll do

• Maintain compliance for ISO 27001, SOC 2, SWIFT and other audits
• Coordinate internal and external audits, collect evidence and track findings
• Maintain security policies, procedures and audit documentation
• Assist with third‑party risk management and vendor questionnaire reviews
• Review security clauses in contracts and agreements
• Support customer security assessments

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years information security, audit or compliance experience
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SWIFT frameworks
• Experience handling audits and preparing evidence
• Understanding of risk management and vendor security reviews
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to have

• CISA or CISM certification
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
