Senior Quality Engineer, Aero

About the role

Quality Engineering team at Quest Global ensures aerospace components meet rigorous standards. The role reads engineering drawings, performs inspections with precision instruments, drives PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and SPC analysis, and leads root‑cause investigations to improve manufacturing quality. Bengaluru, India, on-site, full‑time.

What you’ll do

• Inspect parts and verify dimensions against specifications
• Create and maintain work instructions, check sheets, and lesson‑learned documents
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on audit findings and corrective plans
• Support manufacturing process teams with technical guidance
• Analyze non‑conformances and provide disposition recommendations

What you’ll bring

• Read and interpret engineering & manufacturing drawings
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges
• Develop PFMEA and control plans for aero components
• Apply APQP, PPAP (AS9145) and Lean/5S methodologies
• Conduct SPC analysis using Minitab
• Prepare FAIR and LAIR reports per AS9102
• Execute root cause analysis and corrective actions
