Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering

About the role
Quality Engineering team builds the quality infrastructure that enables developers to deliver reliable software at scale. The Senior Software Engineer designs and enhances automated testing frameworks, AI‑assisted test generation, and CI/CD pipelines while implementing chaos engineering and performance testing. Remote work from India, fully remote environment with global collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for REST and gRPC APIs
- Build AI‑assisted quality engineering solutions to automate test generation and regression coverage
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed and reliability
- Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing
- Implement chaos engineering fault‑injection experiments
- Standardize quality engineering tools and workflows across teams
- Collaborate with software engineers to increase test coverage and resolve production issues
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in quality and automation
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- 1+ year Go development
- Experience with AI‑powered development tools and LLMs
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build)
- Develop automated testing frameworks for microservices
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, containerization
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, GKE)
- Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, Docker, Terraform
