What you’ll do
- Underwrite secured and unsecured loan proposals per policy
- Conduct personal credit discussions with customers
- Manage front‑end delinquencies and ensure KYC documentation
- Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and meet SLAs
- Ensure credit policy adherence and approve discretionary proposals
- Monitor retail credit portfolio performance and recommend adjustments
- Collaborate with collections to reduce credit loss and delinquency
- Recommend process and policy improvements
