Deputy Manager/Manager R&D Facility Planning, Project Management & Budget Control

About the role

Engineering team responsible for planning and establishing R&D testing and evaluation facilities. The role leads cross‑functional project management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and compliance with safety and contractual standards. Based in Gurugram and Rohtak with on‑site work required at both locations, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end setup of testing and evaluation facilities
• Coordinate cross‑country and cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Oversee layout planning, utilities integration, and supplier coordination
• Monitor installation, commissioning, quality, cost control, and timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards
• Analyze spend data, create visual reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint

What you’ll bring

• BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical or Mechanical (60% minimum)
• Project management experience in industrial/building or similar sectors
• Knowledge of NBC safety rules and contract/legal aspects
• Understanding of international business terms (L/C, Incoterms, customs)
• Financial acumen in taxation, procurement‑to‑payment cycle, and tax exemption schemes
