What you’ll do

• Execute design and development of tractor hydraulic systems and controls
• Upgrade existing hydraulics to meet customer requirements
• Resolve design‑related field quality issues and warranty complaints
• Coordinate activities to ensure TQM compliance and process improvements
• Identify cost‑effective design options to reduce product cost
• Forecast technology transformation capacity and bridge gaps between requirements and delivery
• Create new features to enhance tractor utility and operator safety
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions

What you’ll bring

• 3-6 years experience
• Bachelors of Technology or Engineering
• Experience with hydraulic systems design
• Proficiency in FMEA and risk analysis
• Knowledge of TQM and cost optimization
• Ability to manage project delivery and specifications
