About the role
Lighthouse's Application Support team builds and maintains critical line‑of‑business applications for internal users. The Associate Application Support Engineer designs, owns, and improves support processes, collaborates with IT, product, and department managers, and participates in on‑call rotations to ensure high availability. Based in Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on‑site work required with occasional evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do
- Design and own support for line‑of‑business applications
- Improve system uptime, alerting, and efficiency
- Coordinate software patching and upgrades across departments
- Consult with managers on application changes to minimize impact
- Collaborate with product teams on customizations and new product evaluations
- Author functional and technical documentation
- Participate in building client IaaS systems for eDiscovery
- Maintain relationships with clients and third‑party vendors
What you’ll bring
- 0-2 years experience in engineering or technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to have
- Knowledge of eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, Ecapture)
- SQL database design and query language
- Linux operating systems
- Vmware ESXi and vCenter
- SAN/NAS storage systems
