About the role

Assurance Services at Baker Tilly Advisory helps clients navigate complex financial reporting and audit challenges. The Senior Associate leads pre‑audit planning, performs substantive testing, researches technical issues, drafts audit reports and supports managers in risk assessment while building client relationships. Based in Bangalore, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Oversee staff on pre‑audit planning and field work
• Perform testing, prepare workpapers and analytical reviews
• Research technical issues during engagements
• Create draft audit reports for management
• Assist managers in risk assessment and audit planning
• Build relationships with existing clients
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred
• 3+ years assurance experience
• Public accounting experience
• Manage multiple client engagements
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Data analysis techniques
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
