About the role
BIM Technician – Structures on WSP’s Building Structures Team, Bengaluru. Builds and maintains Revit models for RC & steel, coordinates clash detection, and produces detailed shop drawings. Works in a hybrid environment with on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain Revit models for RC & steel
- Coordinate clash detection and issue tracking
- Produce detailed shop drawings and RC detailing
- Assist BIM Manager with estimation and cost
- Set up BIM models to project standards
- Support submission drawings extraction and validation
- Coordinate with design engineers and drafting team
- Manage model federation and LOD compliance
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years experience in Revit Structures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Navisworks
- Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650)
- Ability to produce RC detailing drawings
- Familiarity with clash detection and quantity take‑off
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience with Tekla (optional)
