- Monitor and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Update and audit ticketing system
- Execute change management with risk mitigation
- Collaborate with L1 engineers and automation teams
- Handle client escalations and disaster recovery tests
- Recommend process improvements
- Document solutions and best practices
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing
- Moderate experience in managed services
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- ITIL process familiarity
