About the role

Senior Manager, GPCOE AI Transformation leads strategy, execution, and scaling of Micron Global Procurement’s agentic AI ecosystem. Drives AI adoption at scale, uplifts AI and automation capabilities across the GP organization, and manages teams delivering AI‑powered solutions via low‑code/no‑code and professional platforms. Focuses on user experience, measurable business value, and responsible AI adoption. Works closely with IT, Security, Data, and Legal to ensure compliance, scalability, and integration. Builds high‑performing agile teams, establishes governance, tracks ROI, and continuously refines solutions. Requires 10+ years of AI/automation transformation leadership, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in low‑code/no‑code AI platforms (UI Path, MS Copilot Studio, Moveworks). Holds a Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, IS, CS, or related field.

What you’ll do

Define & execute GPCOE AI roadmap aligned with strategy
Design & deliver large‑scale AI enablement programs for GP staff
Establish role‑based learning paths for low‑code/no‑code & devs
Act as trusted advisor on AI usage, productivity, responsible adoption
Lead teams delivering agentic AI solutions focused on UX & value
Oversee POCs, transition to enterprise‑ready AI products
Ensure solutions intuitive, usable, embedded in GP workflows
Partner with IT, Security, Data, Legal for compliance & integration
Set delivery standards, governance, prioritization frameworks
Track adoption, ROI, value realization beyond deployment
Refine solutions via feedback, performance data, evolving needs
Build & lead agile high‑performing teams in fast‑changing AI
Lead with hands‑on, learning‑oriented style
Guide teams through ambiguity as AI tech evolves
Foster culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement
Partner with GP leaders to identify high‑impact use cases, readiness

What you’ll bring

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IS, CS, or related field
Certifications in AI, data, analytics, automation, or product management
