As a Senior GPCOE Process Manager II you will define, assess and transform procurement processes, lead benchmarking, develop governance rules and use process‑mining tools to identify bottlenecks. What you’ll bring

• 6+ years process management in procurement
• 1-3 years change agent experience
• Bachelor's degree
• CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Proficient O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Azure/Jira
• SAP experience
• Process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
• Data analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
