About the role

Enterprise Applications team at Birlasoft focuses on delivering and supporting JD Edwards solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior Technical Lead drives technical delivery, creates specifications, and collaborates with functional consultants to gather requirements and resolve issues. Works onsite in Pune, India, leading a technical team and handling implementation, upgrades, and post‑go‑live support.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical team and ensure deliverable quality
• Develop technical specifications and support CRP, SIT, UAT phases
• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and refine requirements
• Identify root causes of issues and implement fixes
• Conduct unit and functional testing with testing teams
• Perform data migration and post‑go‑live support

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years JD Edwards technical experience
• Hands‑on expertise with JD Edwards tools (APPls, UBEs, TCs, ER Debugger)
• Experience with BSSV, Orchestrator, CafeOne, and workflow development
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage deliverables
• Strong communication and documentation skills
