About the role
Xylem ITGC (Information Technology General Controls) team ensures SOX compliance across critical IT systems. The Senior Analyst designs, tests, and documents control activities for ERP and cloud applications, conducts user access reviews, and supports automated testing platforms. Based in Vadodara or Bangalore with an on-site work model, the role collaborates with IT control owners and senior management.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with IT control owners to design and localize ITGC controls
- Generate documentation and prepare control data for SOX testing
- Test design and operating effectiveness of control activities
- Conduct enterprise-wide user access reviews across applications and locations
- Execute and document ITGC testing for in-scope processes
- Coordinate testing schedules and document retrieval
- Produce status reports and communicate testing progress
- Support automation of ITGC testing platforms
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 year degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business or Technology
- 3-5 years experience with Excel and data management in finance or technology systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ITGC documentation, risk and control assessments
