About the role

Senior Information Security Analyst at NTT DATA’s Managed Services team, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on client security data within a global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC). Works 24/7 on rotational shifts, tuning MSSP platform and client SIEM for efficient detection and reporting. Performs incident handling across endpoints, EDR, NDR, and forensic analysis, and conducts threat hunting across client estates. Utilizes LAN, Windows, Linux, and a broad range of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxy, SOAR, honeypots). Collaborates with stakeholders to recommend system changes, automate processes, and maintain SOPs and runbooks. Provides customer support, bridge calls, and ensures SLA compliance. Requires strong analytical, communication, and customer‑service skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and emerging security trends.

What you’ll do

  • Works as part of a global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) team that works 24/7 on rotational shifts.
  • Tunes the MSSP platform and client SIEM to enable efficient detection, analysis and reporting.
  • Monitors security tools and analyzes security logs from client environments.
  • Generates continuous improvement ideas for supported security tools/technologies.
  • Adheres to SOPs, customer Run Books and standard processes, proposing changes and improvements.
  • Performs security incident handling and response from End Point Protection, EDR, NDR, and forensic analysis.
  • Undertakes threat hunting activities across individual client estates and cross-client hunting.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate processes to help clients and security delivery teams.
  • Collaborates with client delivery teams to support their activities and maintain SLA compliance.
  • Provides customer interactions and attends bridge calls with customers and technical teams.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
  • Security certifications such as (but not limited to) AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM or similar Certification in different networking technologies such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA is advantageous.
