About the role

Paytm's QR & Soundbox team seeks a Team Leader for Offline Merchants QR in Amaravati, Maharashtra, to drive merchant growth through data-driven technology. The role involves selling products and services, managing customer relationships from lead outreach to purchase, and leading a sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 3-5 years of experience in channel and distribution.

What you’ll do

• Sell products or services for a company and represent their brand
• Manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made
• Lead a 5-member sales team
• Drive distribution, expansion, and metrics understanding
• Ensure team earns lucrative incentives
• Use Excel and data tools required in Sales

What you’ll bring

• More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
• Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
• Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
• Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
• Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
• Candidate should have good market knowledge
• Team handing experience is a must
• Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
