About the role
Oracle EPM FCCS Functional Consultant on the Oracle EPM FCCS team, driving end‑to‑end implementations and solution design for financial consolidation and close processes. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading workshops, configuring FCCS modules such as Ownership Management and Cash Flow Automation, and guiding integration teams through SIT/UAT and production migrations. Based in Hyderabad, India with a hybrid work model (office and remote).
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Oracle EPM FCCS experience
- 2+ end‑to‑end FCCS implementations
- Hands‑on ownership management, equity pick‑up, custom rules, cash flow automation
- Strong financial consolidation and month‑end close knowledge
- Lead workshops and functional/technical discussions
- Guide integration teams through SIT/UAT and production migrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable FCCS configurations
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
