Business Consulting Finance Staff (Arabic)

About the role

EY GDS Business Consulting Finance seeks Arabic-speaking Staff consultants in Kochi to support MENA clients on finance transformation projects. You will evaluate current processes, design target operating models, and drive cost optimization strategies alongside global teams. This hybrid role requires working Sunday-Thursday to align with Middle East business hours.

What you’ll do

• Assist clients in evaluating current finance processes and functions
• Develop future roadmaps and redesign finance structures
• Define finance vision and create transformation plans
• Design target operating models and lead process reengineering
• Conduct cost optimization and manpower planning activities
• Engage with senior stakeholders via interviews and workshops
• Manage project delivery from business case to close-out
• Support business development through proposals and solution design

What you’ll bring

• ACCA, CMA, or Master's degree in MBA Finance
• 1-3 years of industry experience
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Experience with analytical tools and report writing
• Fluency in Arabic for MENA client support
