About the role
Methodology & Assumption (M&A) Actuarial Policyholder Data Team at M&G India builds and maintains data pipelines for policyholder data used in actuarial modelling. The Senior Analyst operates, maintains and updates these pipelines, performs data validation, transformation, and analysis to support actuarial assumptions, and produces reports and dashboards. Based in Mumbai, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Operate and maintain data pipelines for policyholder data
- Validate, transform and enrich data for actuarial modelling
- Perform data analysis and generate reports/dashboards
- Support audit queries and ensure documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python
- Strong analytical and data governance knowledge
- Experience with data validation and quality checks
- Ability to produce reports and dashboards
- Collaborative stakeholder communication
