About the role
Medical Review Team at AstraZeneca, responsible for ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of promotional materials for US markets. The role leads medical/scientific review, assesses evidence and claims, and partners with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to accelerate approvals. Bangalore, India, hybrid (minimum three days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Lead medical/scientific review of promotional materials
- Evaluate clinical evidence and ensure claim alignment with labeling
- Provide strategic consultation on brand messaging
- Identify complex issues and coordinate with Medical Director
- Utilize Vault PromoMats and other content platforms
- Develop scientific narratives and slide decks
- Drive process improvements for speed‑to‑approval
- Partner across Medical, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams
