Digital Wealth product and technology group at InvestCloud builds intelligent wealth management platforms. The Quality Engineering Manager leads a hybrid team of QA engineers, designs automation frameworks, embeds AI-driven quality intelligence, and defines end‑to‑end quality strategy across the product delivery lifecycle. Based in Bengaluru, India, the role is 3‑day in‑office hybrid, overseeing AI‑augmented testing, continuous integration pipelines, and cross‑functional release ownership.

What you’ll do

• Define and own quality engineering roadmap across PDLC
• Architect and maintain modern test automation platform integrated with CI/CD
• Drive adoption of AI‑augmented QA tools and predictive quality models
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing QA engineering team
• Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed quality gates early
• Establish release confidence frameworks and risk‑based testing criteria
• Implement AI observability for logs, anomaly detection, and failure prediction
• Champion a culture of shared quality ownership across squads

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years QA/SDET experience
• Hands‑on test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• API testing (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C# or JavaScript/TypeScript
• CI/CD integration (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• AI‑powered QA tooling experience (LLM‑based test generation)
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
• Leadership of QA engineering teams
