Junior Business & Data Analyst

About the role

Data Transformation Program at Securitas focuses on improving data quality and consistency across global systems. The Junior Business & Data Analyst will analyze client data across 40+ workforce management systems, CRM, and ERP platforms, document issues, and support remediation actions. This hybrid role operates in locations such as Stockholm, Warsaw, Madrid, Barcelona, Gurugram, Colombia, and Mexico, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive data governance and automation initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Support analysis of data quality, completeness, and consistency across source systems
• Map and validate client data across multiple workforce, CRM, and ERP applications
• Document data flows, business processes, and CRUD activities
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and define remediation actions
• Prepare data quality dashboards, scorecards, and issue logs
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across sales, finance, HR, and IT
• Communicate findings in clear, business‑friendly formats

What you’ll bring

• 0-3 years experience in business or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL and data platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Interest in automation, RPA, and AI‑assisted analysis
