What you’ll do
- Design end‑to‑end AI pipelines for contact center solutions
- Implement and optimize LLM inference and retrieval systems
- Integrate models into production microservices
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define roadmap
- Monitor model performance and ensure reliability
- Develop tooling for agent assistance and automated summaries
- Conduct experiments and fine‑tune models for specific use cases
- Maintain code quality and CI/CD processes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years AI/ML and Generative AI experience
- Proficient Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit‑learn
- Hands‑on LLM development (GPT, Llama, Mistral)
- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases like Milvus
- Develop APIs/microservices with FastAPI or Flask
- MLOps practices: model monitoring, CI/CD, experiment tracking
- Software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- BTech/BE Computer Science (preferred)
