About the role
IT Operations at Uplight drives the clean energy mission by ensuring reliable company-wide systems. The IT Analyst II monitors performance, optimizes networks, integrates new tools, and supports disaster recovery while partnering with Security for compliance. Pune, Maharashtra, on-site, hybrid schedule with flexibility as needed.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and optimize performance of company-wide IT systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new tools and enhance existing solutions
- Maintain network health across offices and manage backup/disaster recovery
- Serve as escalation point and resource for IT Support team
- Partner with Security on compliance audits and initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years IT experience in corporate environment
- System administration experience with at least one OS
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- Cisco/Meraki CCNA or Microsoft 365 Administrator certification
- Strong knowledge of networks and systems
- Basic scripting skills (bash, PowerShell)
