About the role
Training & Development team at THERMAX LTD. plans and executes the training calendar for service engineers, including licensing programs for dealer engineers, and coordinates internal and external trainers. The manager develops trainer pools, conducts chargeable regional trainings, and leads learning initiatives for technical and behavioral skill growth. What you’ll do
- Plan and execute training calendar for service engineers
- Design licensing training programs for dealer service engineers
- Coordinate with internal trainers for program delivery
- Develop and manage a pool of external trainers
- Conduct chargeable training sessions regionally and at head office
- Lead learning and development initiatives for technical and behavioral skills
What you’ll bring
- 9-18 years experience in training management
- proven ability to plan and execute training calendars
- experience coordinating internal and external trainers
- track record of developing trainer pools
