About the role

Fluke Training team at Fortive designs and delivers technical training for test and measurement solutions. The manager creates blended learning modules, leads internal and external training sessions, and collaborates with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy. Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India, On-site, 40% travel, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules
• Deliver internal and external training programs across formats
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and sales engineers
• Maintain centralized training repository and LMS
• Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technical training, product support, or application engineering
• Experience with test and measurement equipment
• Instructional design and LMS expertise
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in multicultural global environment
