Software Engineering Architect (.Net, AWS, Cloud Native)

About the role

We seek an experienced Cloud Native AWS Software Architect to lead design and development of cutting‑edge cloud‑hosted solutions, driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, high‑performance cloud applications.

What you’ll do

• Lead architecture, design, and development of cloud-hosted web apps.
• Define architectural standards and best practices for AWS-native SaaS.
• Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive domain-driven designs for data models, APIs, and data products.
• Architect microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for performance and scalability.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript.
• Ensure security best practices: IAM, encryption, API security.
• Mentor teams on architecture decisions, code quality, and performance.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in CS/SE/EE/Math; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years software engineering, 2+ years AWS cloud-native architect.
• Designed AWS-native SaaS products and complex full-stack apps.
• \.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular/React/TypeScript expertise.
• Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) & microservices on ECS/EKS.
• SQL & database programming: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, Aurora, DynamoDB.
• Secure, multi-tenant SaaS architecture design.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Infrastructure-as-code: CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK.
• CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, CodePipeline; monitoring & observability.

• Event-driven architectures: SNS, SQS, Kafka.
• AWS cost optimization strategies.
