About the role
Territory Manager - Technical Services at Fresenius Medical Care delivers on-site technical interventions, training, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal machinery operation at client sites. The role engages customers for technical support, collaborates with sales and dealer teams to drive growth, and manages service contracts, spare parts sales, billing, and inventory. Based in Mumbai, MH, this full-time position reports to an Area/Zonal Technical Manager and may lead a cluster of engineers within large ATM teams.
What you’ll do
- Provide on-site technical interventions, including installation, training, repair, and maintenance
- Engage with customers to deliver technical support and foster positive relationships
- Collaborate with sales and dealer teams by sharing technical insights to enhance sales opportunities
- Complete required technical training and assessments to enhance technical proficiency
- Achieve service targets by negotiating Service Contracts and spare part sales, managing billing and accounts receivable
- Oversee personal inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Execute technical tasks assigned by team leadership in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all technical activities in Field Service Reports, CRM software, and administrative records
