About the role
PwC Advisory team helps life sciences clients digitize regulatory processes using Veeva Vault RIM. Senior Associate Veeva RIM Consultant configures and implements Vault RIM applications, gathers requirements, conducts stakeholder workshops, and supports testing, deployment, and post‑production activities. Bengaluru, on-site, full‑time role with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM applications
- Gather business requirements and create functional design documentation
- Conduct workshops with regulatory stakeholders
- Configure workflows, security, and document lifecycles
- Support system testing, validation, deployment and post‑production activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration
- Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, user guides and training materials
- Support release management and application enhancements
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years Veeva Vault RIM implementation experience
- 2-3 years hands‑on Veeva Vault RIM configuration
- Life sciences domain consulting experience
- Understanding of regulatory affairs and submission processes
- Experience with integrations, REST APIs and data migration
