What you’ll do

• Lead product delivery with Agile frameworks.
• Align with Agile values for Veeva Vault systems.
• Capture voice of customer to define processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineering to prioritize releases.
• Facilitate Epic breakdown into Features and Sprint User Stories.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
• Advise SAFe events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt.
• Ensure software meets requirements with proactive stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap with timelines.
• Identify and manage risks for systems, validation, user acceptance.
• Document configurations, processes, changes, communication, training plans.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including US and international.
• Cultivate culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

Master's or Bachelor's degree and 5-9 years in Software/IT Development

Nice to have

• 6-8 years pharma, GxP 21 CFR Part 11, validation strategies
• IQ/OQ protocols, ALM, Veeva Validation Manager Vault
