Chief Information Security Officer, Cyber Security

About the role

Adani Group's Business Unit Cyber Security team safeguards critical assets across the conglomerate. The BU CISO defines and executes the cybersecurity strategy, leads risk management, incident response, and governance while aligning with corporate goals. Based in Ahmedabad, on‑site leadership with direct interaction with senior business leaders and IT, legal, and compliance partners.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enforce BU cybersecurity strategy and policies
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation planning
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and SOC coordination
• Manage third‑party security posture and vendor assessments
• Report KPIs and security metrics to senior leadership
• Guide budget planning and resource allocation for the BU security team

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity

Nice to have

• 10+ years cybersecurity experience
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
