On‑site in Bangalore with potential for travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Lead audit service delivery and review junior staff work
- Act as team in charge when required
- Build positive relationships with onshore engagement teams
- Identify technical issues and propose solutions
- Improve audit service delivery based on feedback
- Guide and coach CRC professionals
- Provide continuous feedback for professional development
- Collaborate with peers on audit methodology
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant or ACCA
- 3.5–5 years post‑qualification audit experience
- Strong articleship background
- Experience with Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of audit documentation tools
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication
