- Perform audit procedures per KPMG methodology
- Lead and delegate to junior staff
- Review and coach audit work
- Build client relationships
- Identify technical issues and propose solutions
- Improve audit delivery based on feedback
- Guide CRC professionals’ career growth
- Provide continuous feedback
What you’ll bring
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA
- 3.5-5 years post‑qualification audit experience
- Strong articleship background
- Experience with Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP
- Risk assessment and substantive procedures
- Team leading and coaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
