Associate Manager, Central Compliance

About the role

Central Compliance team ensures ethical standards and regulatory adherence across LSEG. The Associate Manager supports daily compliance operations, advises employees on policies, administers the compliance system, conducts investigations and delivers training. Based in Bengaluru, India, this role follows UK business hours and works on-site at the RMZ Infinity office.

What you’ll do

• Develop knowledge of Central Compliance policies (PAD, COI, GE&H)
• Provide policy advice and guidance to employees
• Administer Central Compliance System and review declarations
• Investigate policy breaches and conduct compliance investigations
• Deliver policy training sessions
• Perform control and monitoring tasks, support MI reporting
• Manage team inbox and respond to high‑risk queries
• Assist with annual compliance certification and documentation

Nice to have

• 2-5 years compliance or risk advisory experience in financial services
• Experience with central compliance systems such as StarCompliance or MyComplianceOffice
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
