Recruiting Senior Analyst

About the role

Talent Acquisition team at Accenture owns end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, handling demand intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handoff. The role drives talent pipelines, conducts technical assessments, and ensures SLA adherence across US staffing shifts. Navi Mumbai office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Manage designated orders and align requirements with hiring teams
• Source and build pipelines for prioritized profiles
• Screen applications and conduct discovery discussions
• Prepare and share shortlisted candidate profiles via ATS/VMS
• Drive feedback loops, candidate communication, and offer coordination
• Own talent-care responsibilities and periodic associate check‑ins
• Conduct technical screening and assessments as needed

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years full lifecycle recruiting
• US staffing experience
• Proficiency with ATS/VMS tools (e.g., Bullhorn)
• Sourcing active and passive candidates
• Stakeholder and candidate communication
