About the role

What you’ll do
- Manage assets, materials, and contracts for the core maintenance point
- Monitor performance of fiber network against defined SLAs
- Support O&M of infrastructure and access electronics against defined SLAs
- Provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra, and access network
- Coordinate with network operations center for issue resolution
- Collaborate with O&M/ISP core team for critical issue resolution
- Ensure sufficient material in CMP warehouse for fiber operation
- Drive and monitor KPI achievements
