About the role

HSBC’s International Wealth and Premier Banking team seeks an AVP Senior Premier Relationship Manager in Mumbai to serve high-net-worth clients. The role involves cultivating relationships, delivering financial advisory services, and driving portfolio growth through cross-selling and strategic client reviews. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships
• Achieve financial targets through effective client engagement and service delivery
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Utilize client relationship management tools to keep client information accurate and up to date
• Ensure compliance with HSBC's policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
• Establish a network of internal relationships and gather feedback from colleagues and clients

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in wealth products
• Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Strong technical skills in wealth management
• Excellent communication and influence skills
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services products
• Familiarity with business banking client segments
• Possession of valid licenses and accreditations in wealth management
