About the role

The Security Manager for Renault Technical Centre (RNTBCI) protects people, assets, and information through comprehensive physical security oversight. The role involves leading a team to manage risk assessment, incident response, and security technology while ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is based in Chennai as a full-time on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Oversee design and management of physical security measures for facilities and personnel
• Manage security OPEX budget of ₹55 million or more
• Develop and maintain effective incident response and crisis management plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Evaluate and update security technologies according to corporate guidelines
• Liaise with legal, compliance, police, and administrative authorities

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Globally recognized professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CFE)
• 10 years background as a Commissioned Officer in forces
• Minimum 5 years relevant corporate security experience
